“I never lose. I either win or I learn.”
Nelson Mandela
I work with executives and senior leaders who want to step back, clarify their priorities and strengthen their stance in times of transformation, tension or professional transition.
My approach combines a deep understanding of human dynamics, a systemic reading of organisations, and a very concrete grounding in operational reality. Together, we work as much on what is visible — decisions, relationships, governance, leadership — as on what is less so: relational mechanisms, blocks, fears, loyalties and implicit ways of functioning.
This coaching helps you in particular to:
- clarify a vision and priorities in complex contexts;
- strengthen your decision-making and judgement;
- develop a more authentic and aligned leadership stance;
- navigate a transition or a new role with greater solidity;
- regain room to manoeuvre and confidence;
- turn certain tensions into levers for growth.
The work takes place within a confidential space, in service of a more conscious, more responsible and more impactful leadership.

“Power corresponds to the human ability not just to act but to act in concert.”
Hannah Arendt
Lasting transformation doesn’t rely on strategic decisions alone. It also depends on teams’ and groups’ ability to cooperate, take ownership, move through tension, and build a shared vision.
I work with leadership teams, groups of managers and organisations facing challenges of transformation, repositioning or cultural change.
My work involves bringing to light the dynamics that hinder or support collective action: patterns of cooperation, power dynamics, things left unsaid, scattered initiatives, loss of meaning, or difficulties with alignment. Building on this systemic reading, we create working spaces that help teams regain coherence, responsibility and a shared capacity to act.
This support can take different forms:
- team coaching;
- support for organisational transformations;
- supervision groups for managers or executives;
- dedicated programmes for key talent or populations;
- cohesion and strategic alignment seminars.
The goal is not simply to “work better together”, but to enable groups to become more clear-sighted, more autonomous, and more able to drive lasting change.
My approach is both human, demanding and pragmatic: it aims for concrete transformations, grounded in the reality of organisations and their challenges.

“Be the change you wish to see in the world.”
Mahatma Ghandi
Certain moments in an executive’s journey call for more than traditional coaching. When the stakes become particularly sensitive — major transformation, repositioning, crisis, decision-making isolation, governance change — it becomes essential to have a partner who can both support, confront and challenge.
In these moments, I act as a sparring partner for executives and senior leaders.
This support offers a space for strategic reflection and constructive challenge, enabling clearer thinking and action in complex, high-pressure environments. My role is not to provide ready-made solutions, but to help broaden perspectives, question assumptions, reveal blind spots, and support courageous decision-making.
We notably work on:
- questions of stance and power;
- strategic trade-offs;
- cultural and organisational transformations;
- relationships with leadership teams and stakeholders;
- situations of tension or uncertainty;
- the ability to sustain confidence and judgement over time.
My dual perspective — human and systemic — allows me to connect the psychological, relational, political and operational dimensions of the situations my clients face.
This coaching is designed for executives seeking a demanding thinking partner, able to combine depth of analysis, candour, relational finesse and a concrete understanding of business realities.
