A drive towards what matters most

Are you leading a transformation project (business model, management culture, organisation…)? Do you want to go further, personally or with your company? Are you questioning your future or that of your ecosystem? Are you at a major crossroads in your life or career, unsure of the way forward?

I help you understand what drives you at a deeper level, shed light on your blind spots, and move past what’s holding you back. Because the most lasting transformations take root in a better understanding of yourself and your interactions with others.

An explorer of the human experience

Professional Coach, MCC by ICF, and Gestalt Therapist

What matters most to me is contributing to the success of what matters to you: a project, an ambition, a vision.

I believe in empowering people and co-building a shared, desired future for your organisation. I believe in each person’s unique potential and in the ability of groups to accomplish meaningful projects.

As a leader, your role is to embody and drive the change you want to see happen. This calls for courage, self-awareness and awareness of your impact.

As a professional coach, supervisor and Gestalt therapist, I bring my experience and perspective to your challenges. My path, shaped at the crossroads of multiple cultures and realities, rich in twists and learning, has shaped the way I listen, understand and intervene.

Drawing on a range of approaches, I help you clarify what’s really at play, move past the obstacles holding back your action, adjust your stance, and build genuine alliances in service of your ambitions.

Support to help you grow

Each coaching journey is a time to slow down, observe, feel and understand what’s really going on for you. It’s an invitation to (re)connect with what truly drives you, embrace what makes you unique, and turn it into a strategic strength.

Gestalt in the workplace

Organisations are not just structures, processes or strategies. Above all, they are living human systems, shaped by relational, emotional and collective dynamics that are often invisible.
Gestalt offers a particularly valuable way of reading these dynamics.

It helps us understand what’s happening within interactions, patterns of cooperation, tensions, resistance or loss of momentum. It brings to light what, within a team or organisation, is slowing things down, diluting responsibility, or preventing certain transformations from succeeding.

In a professional context, the Gestalt approach is not about “psychologising” the company. On the contrary, it helps develop greater awareness, clarity and responsibility in action.

It notably invites you to:

  • better understand relational and collective mechanisms;
  • work on leaders’ stance and quality of presence;
  • restore smoother, more genuine ways of cooperating;
  • move beyond automatic or defensive patterns;
  • support more coherent, more embodied transformations.

“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space lies our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.”
