Michaela Brill
Executive Coach, Supervisor and Gestalt Therapist
At the heart of people and leadership
A professional coach for around fifteen years, I support executives and their teams in French, English and German, my native language. Based in France for many years, I have worked in more than fifteen countries across four continents — an international experience that has deeply shaped my practice.
Before becoming a coach, I spent over ten years in communications departments, notably in industry, leading strategic events and helping executives develop their impact and interpersonal communication. This was a formative experience that shaped my move into coaching.
I gradually specialised in supporting managerial, organisational and cultural transformations, notably in partnership with a team of Operational Excellence consultants. Later, as Director of the Mozaik International Coaching School, I was able to refine my expertise in change design and lead a cultural transformation from within.
Today, as head of my practice, Velantia, and part of a network of other coaching professionals, I work with leaders and their teams to build and nurture genuine relationships, and to develop their ability to decide and to ‘lead with authority’ in uncertain environments.
“Courage is not the absence of fear, but the ability to overcome it.”
Nelson Mandela
What shapes my practice
I offer a journey that is both deep and light-hearted. I challenge you constructively, drawing on my intuition to quickly identify, beneath the surface, what needs to be overcome in order to make the right choices.
Together, we will draw the links between your life story, career and recent events… helping you reconnect with your whole self and bring what matters most to you into focus, today.
